Note: Hamway Flooring is not liable from damages that
may be caused from moving any of the items listed. Additional fees may also be incurred if items have
not been moved.
Any areas to receive new flooring, must be cleared and
prepared. Any furniture, doors, etc., will be removed by Hamway Flooring, Inc., but we will not be
liable for any damages caused from removing theses items.
Adequate door clearances are a must.
Note: Hamway Flooring does not cut down doors. Any doors that open where any flooring is to be
installed must have sufficient clearance. (For proper clearance information, please consult with your
salesman). Doors will be left off hinges by mechanics, if doors do not open freely over the carpet and
will need to be cut by homeowner.
Hamway Flooring, Inc. will not install any flooring over wires
of any sort. Any routing of wires will be homeowners responsibility.
Special ordered materials are not returnable and are
non-refundable
Deposits can be forfeited on cancelled orders
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change installation dates
Homeowner is responsible to consult Condo management for approval of elevator usage during flooring
installation.
